96. Oscar Ödülleri için adaylar açıklandı. En çok adaylık elde eden film Christopher Nolan imzalı Oppenheimer oldu.
Bu yıl 96’ncı kez dağıtılacak Akademi Ödülleri’ne aday gösterilen filmler açıklandı. Zazie Beetz ve Jack Quaid’in sunduğu bir canlı yayınla duyurulan adaylar arasında Christopher Nolan’ın son filmi Oppenheimer, elde ettiği on üç adaylıkla öne çıkan yapım oldu. Onu on bir adaylıkla Yorgos Lanthimos imzalı Poor Things takip etti. Martin Scorsese imzalı Killers of the Flower Moon on adaylık elde ederken Greta Gerwig imzalı Barbie‘nin sekiz adaylığı bulunuyor. İlker Çatak’ın Öğretmenler Odası (Das Lehrerzimmer) filmi ise En İyi Uluslararası Film dalında adaylık kazandı.
96. Oscar Ödülleri 10 Mart gecesi sahiplerini bulacak. Her yıl olduğu gibi Los Angeles’taki Dolby Theatre’da gerçekleştirilecek gecenin sunuculuğunu komedyen ve sunucu Jimmy Kimmel yapacak.
